| 1. No cost appointment with a designer to see your project and offer suggestions. |
| 2. Written estimate showing the cost and for larger projects a design. |
| 3. Discuss any questions about the design or services. |
| 4. Customer signs contract and returns it to our office, then work is scheduled. |
| 5. Customer is notified of start date. |
| 6. 50% deposit at start of work date. |
| 7. Remaining balance due at completion of project. |
